    Not a shocker that B&C is the #1 property management company in Clark County (and we're guessing all of Nevada as well). They've been managing our two rental homes for 6 years, and we're very happy being their clients. Their management fees are super reasonable and the service team is fantastic. Even tho there's a glut of properties currently on the market, our two houses always seem to rent out shortly after becoming available. That's a good combination of us having quality properties at reasonable prices, coupled with B&C's superior marketing reach.

    When it comes to submitting a maintenance request with BCRG it is the easiest list of steps that I've ever encountered! A few clicks and you'll be ready to submit. The response times, unlike most places, have also been exceptional! For any request that I've ever submitted I tend to get a response within minutes and more importantly, a scheduling confirmation within the hour! The resident portal is clutch in that it minimizes unnecessary contact with the leasing office/property manager and appears to go directly to the maintenance team, huge W on their side. I am new to the Henderson area, have been here for a little over a month now and being able to have minor situations fixed with such attention to detail makes the move that much easier! Will absolutely look to renew or relocate through BCRG when the current lease is up.
